Description:

This course is for those looking for a general knowledge of reality capture and how to use and ask for on a project. Many people have a vague understanding of what laser scanning is, but they don’t know specifics when requesting or using data. This course is designed to go through terrestrial laser scanning from the eyes of someone that needs to do just that. At the end of this course, you will know how to request terrestrial laser scanning on your project and how that data is used in today’s AEC. We will also briefly touch on other reality capture technologies and how they integrate with laser scanning.
