This course will present the methodology for assessing a building's Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), plumbing and fire safety systems, as well as assessing mould and moisture problems for the purpose of carrying out a building condition assessment.
Writing and Presenting Building Condition Assessment Reports
Description
To present the methodology of writing and presenting a building condition assessment report, including a discussion of reserve fund studies, facility condition assessments, and facility condition indexes.
