Description
This session assists in helping teams rediscover the meaning of their work and their level of connectional engagement. This training provides participants tools for coaching and connecting through showing concern and care while concurrently optimizing talent and reflecting on areas of opportunity.
Participants will explore different ways of coaching, connecting, and understanding their connectional style and how it comes across in daily interactions. What makes teams happy and effective? Understanding how you may start making structural changes or realign to promote agility and innovation.

Instructor
