Description

This session focuses on helping teams in changing environments navigate the new normal. Discussion points include what an individual needs in times of uncertainty through exploring how communication is impacted when introducing pressure and its effects on work styles, values, stressors, conflict styles, talents, and outcomes. Participants will discover how to build trust and credibility with tools like the Credibility Continuum.

We will also explore why giving and receiving three types of feedback is critical to positive outcomes, how to gain maximum benefit from performance reviews, and resetting expectations that will keep the team moving forward through challenging or uncertain times.
