Description
This training covers listening, conflict styles, values, assets, and how these things play out in communicating in critical situations. Rebuilding and resetting the expectation for trust and credibility is essential for a leader managing poor performers.
In this session, we will discuss the ingredients for building trust and credibility. Where we need to improve, and which factors are more important.
Objectives:
- Understand the importance of listening, conflict styles, values, and assets in communicating in critical situations.
