Description
Workplace conflict is inevitable, but how you respond can define your success as a leader and team member. Engaging with productive conflict allows you to better understand your reactions, communicate effectively, and navigate difficult situations more easily. For optimal engagement, each participant must have a laptop or computer with an active webcam for the duration of the course. Since body language and visual cues account for over 50% of communication, this ensures maximum participation and creates a more effective learning experience.

He has worked in diverse industries from research and education to seniors’ care, with significant experience in construction, manufacturing, and supply chain. As management consultants he works with business leaders to improve organizational performance, from strategy right down to operational performance metrics and process improvements.
