Her “out-of-the-box” methods consistently produce innovative, long-lasting results tailored to organizational needs, keeping participants excited and engaged.

Kendria specializes in developing and retaining talent through training in communication, collaboration, and conflict navigation. She has a unique ability to capture attention—even during challenging times like the post-lunch slump—by getting participants out of their seats, laughing, and fully engaged.
