Online Public Courses Policies, Terms and Conditions
Group Discounts
Tiered group discounts apply when two or more attendees from the same organization register for the same course:
- 2nd attendee: 10% off
- 3rd attendee: 15% off
- 4th attendee: 20% off
- 5th attendee and beyond: 25% off
Group discounts are not stackable with other promotional offers.
CEU and PDH Registration Requirements
Attendee names and email addresses are shared with the Engineering Institute of Canada to record CEU/PDH credits earned for completed courses. Full attendance is required to earn CEUs — partial attendance may result in a reduced or zero credit allocation.
Attendees who leave a course early may have their earned CEUs adjusted to reflect actual attendance.
Course Withdrawal, Cancellation and Rescheduling
Withdrawals must be submitted in writing by email, including the original course receipt. Refunds follow this schedule:
- 14+ business days before course start: Full refund minus a $100 administrative fee.
- 7–13 business days before course start: No refund; credit may be transferred to a future EPIC course within one year.
- Less than 7 business days: No refund or credit. You may send a replacement attendee in your place or receive course notes only.
Instructor substitutions may occur in rare circumstances; EPIC will notify registrants in advance when possible. No-shows forfeit the full course fee.
** If EPIC cancels a course, a full refund will be issued.
