Dr. Yadav is a Pavement and Materials Engineer at Thurber Engineering Ltd. with over 10 years of experience in pavement engineering across Canada and the United States. His expertise includes pavement investigation and evaluation, mechanistic-empirical pavement design using AASHTOWare Pavement ME, rehabilitation strategy development, and network-level asset management planning. In addition to his industry work, Dr. Yadav has a strong academic and research background. He earned his Ph.D. in Civil (Pavement) Engineering from North Carolina State University, where he led multiple funded research projects focused on asphalt materials, moisture sensitivity, and performance evaluation. His research contributions have influenced quality control practices and testing methodologies adopted by transportation agencies and standards organizations. Dr. Yadav is also an experienced educator with a demonstrated commitment to teaching and mentorship.
