INSTRUCTOR PROFILE.

Sandy graduated in 1975 from the University of Toronto and has worked for 45 years as a geotechnical and materials engineering consultant. In 2005, Sandy started in a shared position as Technical Director for the Ontario Hot Mix Producers Association and Canadian Regional Engineer for the Asphalt Institute in the US.

In 2017, Sandy became a private consultant working across Canada for CCIL as a lab inspector.
