Overview
After participating in this course, you will be able to:
- Lead in chaos with a tactical problem-solving approach
- Recognize and navigate through pressure point scenarios that can lead to chaos
- Use tools and your current resources to guide you through chaotic times
- Utilize the Name and Tame Your Stress tool
- Apply the Empathy Impact Model method
- Understand why building trust and credibility is critical before, during and after chaos
Description
This training will explore how to lead in chaos with a tactical problem-solving approach. In this training, we will go through pressure point scenarios, how these things can lead to chaos, and provide the tools to guide the participants through chaotic times.
We will navigate your team through the chaos by using the Name and Tame Your Stress tool. We will also utilize the Empathy Impact Model method and cover the concepts and factors for building trust and credibility.
Objectives:
- Understand how to lead in chaos with a solution-focused approach
- Explore pressure point scenarios and how they can lead to chaos
- Provide tools to guide participants through chaotic times
- Navigate the team through the chaos by using the Name and Tame Your Stress tool
- Utilize the Empathy Impact Model method
- Cover concepts and factors for building trust and credibility
Deliverables:
- Scenarios and exercises to practice navigating through chaos
- The Name and Tame Your Stress tool and how to manage priorities
- The Empathy Impact Model method and how to use it to maintain positivity through chaotic times
- A list of concepts and factors for building trust and credibility
- An action plan to apply the tools and strategies learned in the course to navigate chaotic workplace situations.

Instructor
